Returns & Refunds Policy

Goods purchased from can be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they have not been used and are in a resaleable condition.

Before returning any items the customer must contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). The RAN must be quoted on paperwork accompanying the item being returned.


Goods must be returned ‘as sold’, in the original packing and with all paperwork and accessories.


Returned goods must be complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done without damaging the box and packaging, or damaging the product in any way. The product must be re-packaged as received.


Goods must be returned within 7 days from authorisation of the return. We are unable to accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty items after 7 days.  No refund will ever be given for the original shipping/postage cost of any items which are returned for credit.  The refund given will be for the cost of the item only.


Customers are required to organise the return of items at their expense and risk (please ship using a tracked, insured, signed for service). Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a Returns Authorisation Number.


Returned goods received without authorisation or outside of the stipulated time limits will be returned back to you and the cost charged to you.


Where the company has offered “Free shipping” on a purchase, if the items are subsequently returned for credit the sum of €50.00 will be deducted from the refund to cover the original postage charge. This policy is applied because it is only the intention of the company to offer “Free shipping” to customers who keep the products originally purchased.


It will be our decision as to whether or not a product has been returned in perfect condition.


We will supply photographic evidence, if required, as to why the product or packaging is not considered to be ‘perfect’.


Any damage caused by insufficient wrapping or packing on goods being returned is the responsibility of the customer who may then be able to make a claim against the carrier used to return the goods.


We do not refund the cost of dispatching the product to the customer.


Refunds are made only to the bank account used for the original purchase.
